Hilton Anniversary Event.

Hello All: This past Friday Night (October 2nd) was definitely a night to remember. I was selected to DJ one of the biggest & most elite celebrations in all of Akron. The Hilton Akron West/Fairlawn (owned by Mr. "A") had a reason to celebrate. The Hotel marked a momentous occasion with a momentous event. Mr. "A's" property just turned 40 years old.

At first thought, you might ask, "why is this such a big event?" Well, 40 years marks the longest running single hotel property owned by one individual in the WORLD. (Yes, I said World). Hilton Hotel's and Mr. A went all out. They put together one heck of a celebration which served two purposes: 1. Celebrate 40 years, & 2. Raise Money for the Stephen A. Comunale Jr., Foundation. It was a huge success.

Each of the main spaces within the hotel was given it's own theme which was crafted to perfection by their own talented Florist and Designers. I was set pool side in the "South Beach Room" designed by Stephen M. Tokar. It was AMAZING. check out the views below. (iPhone Quality Pics) - They really do no justice at all. I'm sorry, but I missed taking pics of the other spaces. (darn battery life on my iPhone)

The other talent enlisted for this huge undertaking was: Neil Leeson, Heather Lilly and Prestige Floral, just to name a few. This was all held together and choreographed by the great Eileen Benson (planner)

Check it:

Congrats to Mr. "A" and The Hilton Akron West/Fairlawn on 40 Fabulous Years!
Thanks for having me.

Evolution of Dance! Judson Laipply

Hello All: Last night, Jerry Bruno and Jerry Bruno Productions helped produce the "VIVA LA ROCK" event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It was a great night with a lot of great music. Thanks mostly to the sounds of the Jerry Bruno Orchestra. - The MC & Host of the event was Judson Laipply. That name is definitely not a house hold name but you probably know who he is. - He is the Evolution of Dance guy from YouTube. - Click Here. He was a super great MC and he helped make the event fun and entertaining, especially since he lead the show off with his "Evolution of Dance". - Until next time, Go Cavs!

Busy January Weekend

Hello All: This weekend was a busy weekend for sure. On Saturday Night (January 10th) I found myself back downtown along with the snow-storm @ Windows On The River (Cityview Room) for the wedding of Liz Guard and Neil Sellers. It was a great night of music. Neil's family is from Kentucky and not only did everyone make it in for the celebration despite the weather but I got to play lots of country favorites like Zac Brown's new one "Chicken Fried" (Good times). Below is another great iphone quality picture of their first dance. (Brad Paisley's "She's Everything")
On Sunday January 11th Jerry Bruno Productions participated in the 17th Annual Q-104 Bridal Show at The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. There was a fantastic turn out (again despite the weather were having) and I even got hang out with Q-104's Alan Fee.
Be sure to look out for our Bridal Show booth, featured below, the next time your at a bridal show! - We hope to see you soon.
Stay Warm Everyone! :)
